ATCI Overseas Corporation is a specialist recruiter with the ability to provide large-scale programs.
The company has specialized in recruiting for government ministries and agencies, business organizations with multinational corporate affiliations, and others especially referred to our company by business associates. Foremost among them are the Kuwait Ministry of Public Health, Kuwait Radisson Blu Hotel, and other 5-star hotels. The Ministry of Public Health remains one of our major clients in the government sector, having recruited thousands of personnel through our company over more than two decades. McDonalds Kuwait has been one of our leading private sector employers over the last decade. Both have received the Presidential Award of Distinction as Foreign Employers from the Philippine government.
ATCI Overseas Corporation is selective when considering and accepting foreign employers’ corporate policies. It strictly adheres to the standing policies of the Department of Labor’s Philippine Overseas Employment Administration (POEA). This prescribes that the recruitment agency – as a co-employer – has a joint and solitary liability for all its workers deployed abroad and thus entitled to protection under Philippine labor laws, rules, and regulations as if working within its territorial jurisdiction. This has been formalized by enacting the Migrant Workers and Overseas Filipinos Act of 1995 and Republic Act no. 10022.
The company maintains two large halls with desks and seating for a total of 450 people, allowing it to accommodate large-scale recruitment programs of our corporate clients. These are used for written examinations, group orientation, and briefings. A smaller room, seating around 50, is also available as well as four executive rooms for interviews.
For those requiring specialized trade and skills evaluations, a referral is made to an independent trade and skills testing center. The client’s representatives conduct the final interviews for recruitment of hi-tech skills and knowledge.
The company coordinates medical and psychiatric examinations and laboratory tests to determine that selected applicants are fit to work. This is performed by an affiliated medical clinic licensed by the Department of Health and accredited by POEA, foreign embassies, and/or the GCC Medical Clinic accreditation board.
